FIXES AND KNOWN ISSUES JUNE 20TH

Hey all, since last night we’ve rolled out two updates with some fixes for Habbo Hotel: Origins.

You can see them all below, and then below the fixes you can see a list of the current known issues.

Server Updates:

Added support for removing all players’ rights from the Room Settings on the Hotel View.
Added support for changing email address while in-game.
Added support for changing password while in-game.
Fixed issues with being unable to delete rooms while on the Hotel View.
Fixed issues related to trading windows being closed if no items were actually traded.
Fixed issues with the Lido Changing Booths getting “stuck”, if players were disconnected while inside the booths.
Fixed clubplasto donation (2nd HC Gift) giving a 5 Game Tickets PH Box.
Fixed an issue related to the current active poll being shown to players inside of the park instead of the bus.
Fixed issues related to entering rooms after accepting a doorbell.
Fixed flickering in Lido Units caused by playing changing swimwear.
Fixed issue with on-going games of Wobble Squabble causing a client crash/error when entering the room.
Resolved issues with updating room settings via the Navigator.
Fixed an issue causing rooms to “bug” when closing (this was the cause of the random pet and furni states).
Letters like ÄÖÜ and can be used in game properly.

Client Updates:

Fix for moving back and forth between reportable players & chat lines in the call for help flow.
Fix for opening the Catalogue page, if attempting to purchase something from the Catalogue without having enough credits.
Fixed “Habbo Hotel: Origins” being cut off in the Habbo Launcher.

High priority issues:

PayPal is still not set up, despite being a visible option (we have reached out to PayPal for help with this).
Some players, particularly some people using macOS devices, are not able to get into the game, or use the Habbo Launcher.
macOS players cannot register because they can’t add an @ to the email registration field.
Some players are not able to login to the Habbo Hotel Origins client with their email and password, even though they are able to log into the website.
Some players are able to connect from the Habbo Launcher, but not from the Habbo Hotel Origins website.

Features / client:

Loading full rooms and clicking “cancel” sometimes disconnects the player.
Sticky notes work intermittently, sometimes they refuse to open, particularly after having been active for a few hours.
A small segment of players are not able to enter their own rooms in some cases.
People are shown offline in the console, even though they are online.
In navigator, “Hide Full Rooms” is not working, either it does nothing or just cycles between room capacity indicators.
No error message is shown when trying to enter a full room, or when trying to enter a HC room without HC.
Purse transactions are not loading.

Public room issues:

Infobus poll texts and kiosk texts are not fully visible in some cases.
InfoBus text shown when trying to enter the bus without HC shows and out of date text.
The Oasis public room is faulty: can enter the bot’s area, there is no bot present, and the entrance point is wrong.
While diving in the Lido, everyone else in the room is stuck on the diving player’s screen until they’re finished.
Avatars suddenly stop swimming in the Lido in some cases.
You can’t enter in the second room in The Chromide Club, it takes you to the Hotel View.
Some public room furni that are supposed to give hand items to the players are not giving anything.
You lose a game ticket if you queue in Wobble Squabble and then leave before your turn.

Catalogue:

Players are unable to purchase some items from the Catalogue.
Navigating to another Catalogue page while another one is loading gets the game stuck at infinite “Loading…” until you close and reopen the Catalogue.
Roller packs (15c and 25c) don’t clarify how many are included.

Localisations / links:

Some item names are reported to be wrong.
Some public rooms and items have outdated names and descriptions.
Some links point to outdated pages.
In-game links open in Edge or Internet Explorer (or other browsers), overriding the default browser that is set.
