FIXES AND KNOWN ISSUES JUNE 25TH

Hey all, we just rolled out a pretty significant update to Habbo Hotel: Origins.

Check all the fixes and optimisations below, and then below that you can see a list of the current known issues.

General Updates:

Server Updates:

Implemented an upper bound to furni placement (based on furni sprite counts), as Shockwave has an upper limit (700 sprites).
Implemented a fix for situations where a pet may become lost or disconnected from its nests. As part of this fix, all pets have been retuned to inventories.
Fixed flat settings so that setting all users have rights, really gives users rights.
Fixed flat settings to door modes, room names, and room descriptions really update.
Fixed an issue causing users with rights to be unable to kick users.
Fixed an issue with trophies causing their text not to display.
Fixed a number of issues allowing users to make furni, badges, and credits appear all over!
Fixed an issue causing users to not be able to enter their own rooms.
Fixed an issue with the roller catalogue page not indicating the number of rollers in a deal.
Fixed an issue with the Brown Plasto Chair deal, showing the Plasto Icon, instead of the deal icon.
Fixed an issue that could result in failure to enter a passworded room even if providing the correct password.
Fixed an issue that could result in you being charged for Wobble Squabble, even if you didn’t play.
Fixed an issue that resulted in full rooms not being hidden from the navigator if you’d chose to hide them.
Fixed an issue that could result in the catalogue page hanging if you spam clicked page too quickly.
Prohibited holding a drink whilst laying in bed.

Client Updates:

Implemented short keys for rotating, moving, and picking up furni (alt/ctrl/shift etc).
Fixed an issue with the Large client drawing elements off screen. Some elements in the large client were not visible (they were rendered off-screen), so you weren’t able to use the hand, or interact with users/start dancing, for example.
Fixed an issue with the Purse not showing game tickets.
Fixed an issue causing issues with allow users who have rang your doorbell into the room.
Fixed an issue with stickies that was causing them to not open.

High priority issues:

Some players, particularly some people using macOS devices, are not able to get into the game, or use the Habbo Launcher. If you are experiencing this issue, please check if you have Rosetta installed.
macOS players cannot register because they can’t add an @ to the email registration field.
Some players are not able to login to the Habbo Hotel Origins client with their email and password, even though they are able to log into the website.
Some players are able to connect from the Habbo Launcher, but not from the Habbo Hotel Origins website.

Features / client:

Loading full rooms and clicking “cancel” sometimes disconnects the player.
No error message is shown when trying to enter a full room, or when trying to enter a HC room without HC.
Purse transactions are not loading.

Public room issues:

Infobus poll texts and kiosk texts are not fully visible in some cases.
InfoBus text shown when trying to enter the bus without HC shows and out of date text.
The Oasis public room is faulty: can enter the bot’s area, there is no bot present, and the entrance point is wrong.
Avatars suddenly stop swimming in the Lido in some cases.
You can’t enter in the second room in The Chromide Club, it takes you to the Hotel View.
Some public room furni that are supposed to give hand items to the players are not giving anything.

Localisations / links:

Some item names are reported to be wrong.
Some public rooms and items have outdated names and descriptions.
Some links point to outdated pages.
In-game links open in Edge or Internet Explorer (or other browsers), overriding the default browser that is set.
